Ok, it’s not really a secret – but you’d think it was. Otherwise, why wouldn’t everyone get it?
Or rather, get them?
They bring you so many good things!!…

If you’re a parent, you want your children to do well. So make sure they get lots of them.
If you’re an educator, you want your students to excel. Then prioritise them.
If you’re an employer, you want to leapfrog the competition. Then make sure you and your employees get plenty of opportunities to develop them.
And if you want to be personally and professionally successful, get more of them.
